RETURN POLICY
Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Inspection and Notification
Upon delivery, please inspect your item within 3 days. If you find any issues, notify us immediately. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item and inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery will be deemed non-returnable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us using the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page. We will reply within 24 hours.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us using the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page. We respond to all emails within 24 hours.
Shipping
To return your product, please email us for instructions, and we will reply within 24 hours. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
